ASTM F594C Finished Hex Nuts and F594 group 1 Heavy Hex Nut manufacturer in India

ASTM F594 specification covers the requirements for stainless steel nuts 0.25 to 1.50 in., overall, in nominal diameter in a number of alloys in common use and intended for service applications which requires general corrosion resistance. ASTM F594 Nuts covers seven groups of stainless steel alloys that includes ten austenitic, two ferritic, four martensitic, and one precipitation hardening. F594d Nut is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel in accordance with ASTM F594 specification.  It is a highly heat-resistant, and offers good corrosion resistance to many chemical corrodents, as well as industrial atmospheres. F594h Nut is manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel in accordance with ASTM F594 specification.  It provides better overall corrosion resistant properties and has particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. F594c Nut has good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 870 °C, and in continuous service to 925 °C. ASTM F594C Finished Hex Nuts are six-sided, internally threaded fasteners, mated with bolts, studs, screws, and other externally threaded products. It ensures that the bolt, studs etc., stays in place. F594 group 1 Heavy Hex Nut is thicker and heavier in weight. Its part has a larger diameter across the flats. Its strength is far higher than the standard hex nut it can bear more weight easily. ASTM F594 304 Hex Nut can resist rusting in many different environments, only being majorly attacked by chlorides. It also experiences increased pitting in warm temperatures. F594 grade S30430 Lock Nut is non-magnetic in the annealed condition and remains non-magnetic even after substantial cod working. It provides excellent toughness even down to cryogenic temperatures. ASTM F594 Type 316 Jam Nut has excellent forming and welding characteristics. It is used into a variety of parts for applications in the industrial, architectural, and transportation fields.  F594D Hex Flange Lock Nut is hex nut with a wide flanged portion near one end that acts as an integrated non-spinning washer. It is used to spread the load placed on the nut over a wider surface area to prevent damage to the installation material. F594G Hexagonal Nut is a fastener which is cut in a hexagonal shape, since it seems to be the easiest shape to grasp. It is almost exclusively used to fasten a bolt to another object.
