Jignesh Steel is located in Mumbai, India. We house the latest technology used in the production of fasteners. Our facility covers an expanse of 6500 square-foot including our production unit, testing department and our logistics warehouse. All equipment used by our company is up to date with the latest industry standards. We manufacture fasteners in conformance to several Indian and International standards such as the DIN, ISO, BS, ANSI and ASTM. Apart from using several Standards in the manufacture of products, we also produce non-standard or custom made forgings based on technical drawings during order placement. Our stocklist consists of a wide range of Fasteners including washers, nuts, bolts, screws, threaded rods etc. in different alloys. We frequently source materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, high nickel, copper, brass, aluminium, titanium from domestic and international vendors. And the raw materials we use are sourced from certified, trustworthy vendors.
Once the production is complete, it will undergo processing by galvanization or left bare as they are plain finished. In addition to galvanization, we offer different types of surface finishes on these fasteners. Usually, our buyers prefer using zinc coating or plating to improve the properties of the product. However, if required, we can provide finishes such as phosphate coating, anti-rust oil, painting, ceramic coating etc. The type of surface treatment to be performed on the fastener is often recommend to our buyer. This recommendation based on the application intended. Hence, the material used to produce Fastener would depend on the application; or as per buyer's requirements. Our manufacturing department is highly efficient, which is proved by the continuous order production that takes place here. Our excellent Infrastructure, combined with highly skilled workers is what enables our factory to deliver good quality high-end products on time. Our equipment undergoes regular maintenance and is audited frequently by certified assessors.
After the production of fittings, our in-house team of technicians perform stringent quality checks to ensure that our buyers receive only the best quality products. These quality checks are performed routinely during and after production. The testing unit located on our premises is an integral part of our Infrastructure. Armed with the latest testing equipment, our lab has highly skilled QA's; who strive to improve and deliver products of the highest quality. Our testing equipment is regularly calibrated; to ensure the proper test result has been achieved. To improve accountability for all the components produced here, they undergo product analysis employing chemical and physical testing methods. The test results and certifications can be either submitted, in the form of a hard copy; or it could be submitted electronically. Our factory has provisions for storing test results and certifications electronically. This data could be retrieved at a later stage easily. All products manufactured in our company have identification marks and trace easy.
Our packaging and logistics department is up to date with the latest tracking software that makes delivery more efficient. The packaging material we use ensures the safety of the product. Therefore, the product will be delivered with the utmost care meeting the lead time given during order placement.
